The price include: UNL mileage, CDW, TP, PAI.
The price does not include: fuel, tanking services, franchise, VAT 22%.
Tanking services: 14 Euro.
Car drop off fees:
- 0 - 59 min. delay = free of charge
- 60 - 180 min. delay = 1/3 of the daily rate
- more than 181 min.delay = extra daily rate.

We reserve the right to change the price list without notice.

GENERAL CAR RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Driver
The driver should be at least 21 years old and hold a driving licence for at least two years.

Car rental duration
Minimalna dužina trajanja najma je 24 sata.

Car drop-off
Delays will be charged pursuant to the valid price list.

Fuel
Fuel is not included in the price.
Vehicles are delivered with a full fuel tank, therefore the lessee is required to return the vehicle
with full fuel tank otherwise the cost of filling the tank is charged according to the valid price list.

Insurance
All vehicles are covered against third party liability. Daily surcharges for the fully comprehensive
insurance (CDW) and coverage against theft (TP) are obligatory, whereas the personal accident insurance (PAI)
as well as the franchise rate are not obligatory.
The CDW and TP limit the responsibility for damage ie. theft of the renter by deducting the corresponding
franchise amount of the full damage amount.
The franchise (participation in loss) might be bought out by daily franchise payment.
If the renter does not pay a daily franchise surcharge and an adverse event occurs where the loss exceeds
the franchise value, the renter will be charged with a minor amount. It is not possible to contract a liability
for the loss occurred in the war affected areas.
All damages, regardless of daily insurance surcharges paid, MUST BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE
AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, otherwise the insurance is invalid and the renter will bear the costs of the loss.
By paying the daily personal accident insurance (PAI) surcharge, the driver and all passengers will
have coverage in the amount prescribed by valid regulations.

Replacement vehicle
In case of an accident or breakdown, we guarantee a replacement vehicle.

Reservations
Reservations processed via email should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
